I went to Doncaster shopping town downstairs store Easter Saturday to purchase dermaid 1% cream.i was asked what medications I take, if I have high cholesterol, high blood pressure. Because I could not remember all medications she refused. I asked to see pharmacist, same thing I am 85 years old been a loyal customer for years you have now lost me.i have also gone to upstairs store and got it no problems
I stopped going to MY CHEMIST RESERVIOR you have to wait so long while the staff talk about there night out or there privet life! while you remain invisible. I have never had such a bad experience with a chemist. The staff treat you quite bad, you fell as if they're looking down at you even judged. there not helpful at all. If you want a GRATE chemist that's Really do care try knight Owl on Gilbert Rd.
Please update your trading hours on Google. Was closed at 7:30pm Thursday. Its difficult specially when a patient is in need.
Always fantastic service from the team but this week they went above and beyond. Currently in isolation and needed some medication and a thermometer and delivery. This request was out of their delivery day windows but the pharmacist took my order and said she would drop it off on her way home so I didn't have 2 wait another 2 days I couldn't even find enough words to thank the team.
What do you expect from a chemist? 1. To be able to get your scripts filled accurately. 2. To be given your repeats back for future use. 3. To have your script filled in a decent amount of time. 4. To get customer service that could be described as "ok". 5. To pay a reasonable price. I got none of these five things at My Chemist Reservoir. Do yourself a favour - avoid these jokers.
Excellent service and great staff
Sat about 10am. No other customers at the time and 6 staff in store. Waited 3 minutes standing at counter to be asked what I want. 2 pharmacists were meters from me, no one asked "can I help you?" After being told I wanted a price check on a script they continues to talk among themselves and leave me waiting until asked again. Terrible service, not any cheaper.
Have been buying products from them but not anymore. Went to get my documents certified, kept me waiting for 10 mins with only one customer in the store and then been told "sorry we don't certify more than 3 documents". Oh yes! Now they don't have a stamp, in addition to the first lame excuse. Worst customer experience so therefore, I'm not going to buy products and recommend this specific store. Better customer service training "Must" be provided to the staff. Shame!
Excellent staff! Everything you need from a local pharmacy. The seemingly minor problem I have which highly affects me others? is their notice of store hours around & during holidays. For instance: for Good Friday in which they are CLOSED, there were no posted signs in-store the previous Friday. On-line, under the Hours Column the following is listed: "Good Friday might affect these hours." Might affect, in this case, should've simply listed "Closed" unless they were open for limited hours prior to 4pm when I called: 9am - 4pm?. Yes, I could've figured they'd be closed, but as a retiree I often forget certain minor holidays & how they affect certain store hours. I received a phone-call 'message' from one of their pharmacists, yesterday, but after 9pm as I was not home until that hour . I do very much appreciate the call. I have prescriptions to pick up "today", but must wait until tomorrow - Saturday. I will not stop using this store as my main pharmacy despite the random lack of notices & poor on-line notification. A simple problem that can be easily resolved espc. considering they have posted Holiday hours, well in advance, in the past; just not consistently. Their prices are simply better than any other pharmacy. They often match Chemist Warehouse prices -they will do so for My Chemist members. & their staff are very knowledgeable as well as quite friendly. & then there's the owner, Frank, he is the 5th Star. Frank has the face & smile of family and thus My Chemist, Reservoir is a family store.
Security guard made me feel uncomfortable and the isles where extremely narrow making it impossible to manuver my childs pram through without knocking anything off the shelves. I can imagine this would make it hard for people with wheelchairs too! Because of this i decided to just leave and not go further into the shop. Wont be back
