The food at an Indian wedding ceremony <3 the conference room was decorated in red and gold and everything was perfect and genuine. <3 Wonderful value.
Most expensive Menu and worst customer service ever. I wish i can give zero star, who does not know anything about customer service. I was a regular customer but after an experience from last night i will never go back at this place again. Lady Manager and the staff don't care about the customer. The waitress took of my plates before i finish my meal. Then we did an inquiry about the curry and the waitress left the table and went to manager. But the manager did not appear even she knows that customer has an inquiry. At the time of payment i asked the same question again and she said she does not know anything about the inquiry .I saw that waitress had already passed an inquiry to manager the lady keep arguing that she don't know anythings and not even apologize. Also don't get sucked In to the manger that greets you at the door she is a con artist.
Price is not worth the taste, $25 for a traditional curry is a complete ripoff. Their naans are average and rice dishes are one of the worst in Brisbane. The Owner/manager is very rude and full of attitude. She walks around next to tables while people are eating food. The waiter/waitresses can hardly communicate. Its very weird place to dine in, to be honest.
Worst choice every to take your guest to a Indian Dine out. Our Guest from Overseas were very upset because of racism treatment to Indians and others. A better service is provided to Non Indians and Indians are treated differently. I questioned about this and was told that English Customers pay more then Indians when they dine there. Its a question of principals and honesty in doing business. You have lost my business and I hope you can improve on your mistakes.
I and bunch of my friends went there on sat night for dinner. It was busy night but not flat out busy. The first thing i noticed was they had 40-50 people for dinner and only had 3 servers on the floor. We ordered entree at 7 pm but didn't receive it till 7.50 pm. In this 50 mins all we were doing were sipping water. Again, we only got 1 bottle of water. I requested 5 times but to deaf ears until I walked to front and asked one of the servers to hand me one. Seeing the delay with entree we order the mains around 7.30 pm and were told that we should have it within 30 mins. We waiting for another 50 mins till we got the mains. We had to threaten them to walk out to get our mains on table. We got the curry but now not everyone had naan/bread. This took another 10-15 mins which means all the curries went cold. All this happened and no one had courtesy to apologies. We had dinner at 9 pm, which is 2 hours after we were seated. We had dinner and went to front counter to pay bill and complained about service but no one cared to apologies or offer any discount. The only apology we got was from one of the server after one of my friend was really furious as his kid couldn't get dinner on time and was cranky as it was past his bed time. I would suggest management hire more staff either in kitchen and also on floor, specially on weekends. Even though we are regular customer, I would avoid going there on weekends.
Very bad food with excuses , same gravy in both curry . Plz don't waste your happiest time and money , because they don't care .They only after money . No customer service 0 ,no much staff , one staff work with tired face. Order comes after 45 minute after told 2 times . We spoil our dinner party . No one happy. Not recommended .
We went their in a group of 8 on a Tuesday night which seemed to be a fairly quiet night. Besides us there was only table seated and it took them 45 mins to deliver the food on the table which was ridiculous. Waitering staff were standing there knowing that we have been waiting for long, but had not courtsey to inform us on the anticipated delay. When food finally arrived the naan breads were the only thing which was hot, curries went cold and so dahl. Despite of ordering 2 dahls we were only offered 1 bowl of rice. And after all this chaos I did not understand the fact about having parsley as a garnish on every dish we ordered. EVERYTHING SERVED HAD PARSLEY ON THE TOP, COMMON NOW SERIOUSLY !!!!!
The worst place to dine as they have the most pathetic service I have ever come across with their over priced menu. The waitress, chef and restaurant owner don't give a damn about their customer. They charge you full price for food that you wouldn't want to eat. Never ever am I going back to that restaurant. Zero stars for the restaurant and it's food. Spoiled our evening!
Really bad attitude of the lady manger cum casher standing on till. Food are very salty. Charged twice for salad without informing previously. Overall not at all satisfied with food as well as customer Services. We went several time but we never got welcoming smile on there face. Not worth going there . Charged for a container $2 for left over .
Me and a group of friends booked a table for 8 we arrived at 730 we sat down ordered entree and received at 745 and ordered mains, one hour had passed and by now everyone was very hungry and I called a waitress over and said "how long until we get our order" and she replied very rudely "it's coming ok", another 20 minutes had passed I asked again "where is my food" the waitress said "its coming" I said "no I want to no how long my kids are very hungry" she said "its 5 minutes away" I said "so we are getting our food in 5 minutes" she said "yes 5-10" and walked away, mean while 3 groups of people that arrived after us have already received Their food and 1 group was almost finished. After 10 minutes we all received a plate with a papadam on it and 5 minutes after that our curries came out, we waited a further 5 minutes and I went and asked "excuse me we have received our curries but now they are getting cold because no naan bread" as again she replied the very irritating quote "they are coming", after 5 minutes the naan arrives and we begin to eat. This food was also horrible every currie was so over powered by a white pepper and I asked for a mild butter chicken for my kids and said no spice please they won't eat the Currie if it's spicy, it was cold and just horrible and was still quite hot and my kids couldn't eat it. This was by far the worst restaurant I have been too and you should be aloud to rate zero stars, the staff to be that rude when supplying that type of service level should be ashamed. The old lady at the services desk is also quite rude and would not accept the fact that the whole service we received was horrible. I would never recommend this place even to my worst enemy and I would encourage people to not waste your valued time and money on such a horrible establishment
