MVR staff have been nice to me during my experiences. However you can’t simply go on a day when you have other places to be. I’ve never dealt with a slower business in my life sadly. Speed improvements are needed desperately.
What can you say, not much MVR are one of the worst run businesses, they can't really get much slower. Why hasn't there been improvements made to make this business more time efficient for the customers eg. an online booking system especially for simple things like renewing your licence when photographs required, learners permit and testing just to name a few. People should not have to spend hours waiting because of government insufficiency.
Not sure how their system works but some customers have to wait for hours and some get served in 5 minutes. Garbage service!!!
Make sure you're not planning on a dinner outing before going to the MVR. Go a week in advance and you might make it for dessert
Extremely disappointing, There are 7 counters but only 1 staff working, I have to wait more than 1 hr 30 before my turn, and staff doing work so slow, they should privatise this department,
Phoned MVR after waiting 20 minutes, which is usual from my experience, I spoke to a customer service officer to ask about changing vehicle rego plates from one jurisdiction to another. I was told the procedure, however, when I asked what the charges would be i was advised that she did not have that in front of her. I had to actually pull it out of her to actually go to the screen where the fees and charges would be to enable me to know. It really was like pulling teeth. I said do you expect all yr customers who call to roam around yr website and find that info, when yr more familiar with it. This customer service was well below average. A public servant has a good job and conditions because we the public sometimes need their help. Don't make yr customers feel like they are troubling you, get another job.
Slow. As always. Not enough staff to help out all the people. The staff I've always had help me have always been nice and caring and have helped me out, but there isn't enough of them.
I found the procedure more pleasant than expected. The staff were all really sincere, caring and helpful. I didn't feel like the next number
Not even worth one star, really careless staff, really disappointed and most of the staff are very rude and not helping at all, worst customer service I’ve ever seen in Australia.
Got served super quick, but I was there at 8.30. Service was fantastic the young gentleman was very helpful. It would be nice if they refurbished as it's very old and gives off a dirty look and feeling.
