Our counter service gentleman was patient, knowledgeable and had a great sense of humour. Had to transfer 2 licences & 2 registrations from interstate. Took over an hour which did not bother us. He laughingly said when we told him “did you bring a cut lunch”. All the counter people we very busy as it was lunchtime.

I want to give negative 5 stars... I was on hold with no answer for 45 mins yesterday - lunchbreak was over so had to get off the phone. This was at 1pm. I'm calling now & it's been 30mins at roughly 9:30am. Seriously - PUT MORE PEOPLE ON TO ANSWER PHONES!

If I could do a - I would. 20 minutes I waited on the phone and gave up and hung up - pathetic. Yeah but raise the rego price good on ya NT government.
