My experience was great when I called through. There was a long wait on hold but I got reminders of what position I was in the queue. Jodie answered and helped me with setting up an account, vehicle transfer and paying the rego. She gave great advice and knew exactly how to navigate my issues!
Attended 5/5/26. Security guard advised he told staff twice of no vehicle transfer forms. Came back 2 hours later, still none. Took a ticket, drove to Office Works & printed the form. Still waited another 30 minutes to be attended.
I would give 10 if I could. Jodie was my Customer Service Specialist and she was fabulous! Jodie helped me solve a real dilemma! Thank you My anxiety has dissipated
I'm not sure what it takes to post negatively at places like this. Every time I've visited this particular MVR, I've had excellent service. Even if I've had to wait 10 minutes, I understand that these people are only human. Things do t happen quickly, and when you are dealing with sensitive data, you should be careful. Like these people are!
