On a very hot day in the car park my car just stopped in of the road, blocking off the down ramp. I was waving cars around me, getting tooted at! I was so stressed I was close to tears! I finally managed to get it going and thought I’d treat myself to an iced coffee frappe needing something to cool me down. Whilst waiting for it to be made I called my partner to tell them what happened. When my drink was ready I went to pay and she said no, this is on me. Sounds like you have just had a bad experience! I could not believe it! I told her she had just made my day! Of course now I’m addicted to iced coffee frappe. But I will remember her simple act of kindness. Thanks to whoever you are. X

I love muzz buzz for its Java choc chip but this branch was very disappointing!! No chocolate sauce very icey, less milk was put in, not much chocolate taste And not worth the wait and price paid for the mega size on a hot summers day Very disappointed!! Felt like the customer service didn't care about what product they re selling and didn't know the recipe Not recommended
Staff too busy getting their mates sat in a car on the opposite side to write them fake reviews online to actually serve the customers as they come through, staff forgot order half way through making it, because of the full conversations they were having with their mates. Pretty terrible service to be honest
I asked for an ora he juice, I got a juice with banana and idk what in, I am allergic to banana .... Almost $8 for a « egg bacon panini » ... ok it’s a little tiny square bread, it’s not a panini at all Will never comeback Answer : not as you can see on the photo I didn’t get an orange juice !!!
Really disappointing. Two of the kids serving were yelling, pushing each other into the equipment and swearing at each other and swearing at the third attendant who appeared to be in charge. Coffee wasn't even mixed properly and the kicker was that one of the kids did an open mouth sneezed on my partners drink as he was bringing it to the window, we literally thought he must be joking but he just handed it over, so my partner ended up binning the drink. Disgusting. Staff definitely need a retrain.
Customer service is not bad but when it comes to coffee they're the worst! Ordered a mocca last time I buy anything from them yesterday and it tasted like dirty water with a pinch of cocoa powder and sugar. Worst "coffee" I've ever had in my life! Every time you have a coffee there is a surprise. Even if you ask the same thing you'll get something new every single time. To be honest... go to macca instead for a coffee
Greeted by a little youngster who was polite, enthusiastic and could probably sell ice to an eskimo lol. Lovely experience would totally recommend!
I want to shoutout to the two amazing staff members at Innaloo Muzz Buzz this afternoon at 2:30pm! I have never had such better customer service, after a busy day in the hospital you really made my day with your Christmas carols!!!!!!
Could only order coffee, everything not available because the equipment was not working. They should put a sign up when this occurs so you don't wait in line and get to the window to find out and drive away empty handed
