Delicious! The balance of flavour in the Ramen was sooooo good. The Yuzu Margarita was citrusy and had a good kick! Definitely recommend this place.
Casual ramen shop with plenty of seating and a good selection of meals. The tonkotsu soy ramen was actually a bit disappointing, the broth was not as flavoursome as I expected. The pork was super fatty which is not my favorite. The black garlic was very fragrant and the karaage was cooked well. You can pick thick or thin noodles and the thick noodles were chewy and delicious. Overall, not my favourite ramen but it was pretty decent.
Best ramen on the Gold Coast and rivals Taro Ramen in Brisbane in my opinion! nFrom making their own noodles to the thick cut of meat to the rich broth, every bowl I’ve had at Muso has always been high quality and are extremely filling; you’ll really get your money’s worth! nThe sides and cocktails are amazing as well!! Definitely get them but only if you can share so there’s enough room for the main attraction nThey’re best for dine in but I’ve gotten takeaway before and it was still equally good.nI’d recommend booking a table ahead around dinner time as they can get busy.
We have eaten plenty of ramen and this has to be hands down top of the listnnNot from the area and it was a full house when we were eating, we just walked in with a bookingnnStaff were friendly and efficient and service with a smile, looking around it was also a family friendly restaurant with 4-5 other families with kids too.nnWe ordered the karaage fried chicken, edamame beans, fried dumplings gyoza and tonkotsu miso and black soy with 2 beersnnEverything was spot on tonight, broth was great, rich and full of flavour with the thick chewy noodles, best we have had. You even get more than 1 piece of pork, usually most places give you 1….toppings and more pork can’t get better than this place. The wife agreed it was her best ramen yet, and she has the miso.nnWell done Muso, keep up the great ramen
