Due to the Powerhouse Ultimo close, found castle hill has Powerhouse as well, near to treetops, so good for our school holidays day trip. All staff are very nice, very hard to find out from outside looking, but inside is huge and plentiful, great for kids and families. Highly recommended!
Free Entry. Well maintained. You'll need a couple of hours to get through the exhibit if you are very detailed. There's young children's play area/ activities near the cafe.
I had a great time with my familynWe spent about two hours browsing the exhibitsnIt is wheelchair and stroller friendly, has restrooms, and an outdoor picnic areanAnd coffee shop as well.
Powerhouse Castle Hill is now open. Built to store all pieces from the closed city museum.nWe found a few interesting activities for young and old. We also attended the construction tour which was interesting.nWas interesting to show my kids some of the tech item we grew up with: walkman, the nokia brick, faxes, atari and so on!nOverall a wonderful museum just freshly renovated for close to $42 million!
This is the best museum I've ever went to! I came to see a replica of the Mars Rover! It was fantastic, next, I went to a place where you can make food with art supplies like coloured string, cardboard and wool sheets. There was a place where you could cut fruit and it was oddly satisfying when I cut it. I definitely recommend
