Where do I begin? I have been searching for a hairdresser for the past 5 years that can cut long layers. A hairdresser that understands my hair texture to allow me to wear it naturally or straightened and still look fabulous.  Happy hair = a happy day!  I have hairdresser hopped waiting to find this special place, but this place did not exist. I took a leap of faith from reading Rob’s reviews and booked an appointment.  Ok so the positives, when I walked in I was greeted with an introduction and a smile and I was not made to wait.  Rob was attentive and even showed me the back of my hair to see the disaster from the last cut which ensure laughter and tears then discussed how it could be fixed.  I told Rob about my previous cuts and informed him that I did not hold out much hope and indeed this may be the last time we see each other.  Rob started to cut and that is when I noticed that he knew what he was doing!  It has been 5 years since I have seen a hairdresser cut the way he did.  I smiled a little inside  The results were perfection.  I had to wait until today to see how my hair dried naturally and the girls work even commented. So, now the negative, I wanted more coffee and the little biscuit’s but didn’t want to appear greedy.  Rob is truly a master of his craft and running a professional salon….meanwhile…I am having happy hair days, every day.

I always get excited when I know it's time to head across town to visit Rob & Tatiana. They always listen and come up with new and inventive styles that suit me....... I found Rob back in 2011 and even though I moved interstate and back he has always been the best....... I have had many compliments over the years and I owe them all to Muse.

I was a bit nervous trusting another hairdresser with my hair after 15 years with the same stylist, but I am very happy with my first visit to Muse. Tatiana gave me the cut and colour I was wanting and the salon had a warm, happy vibe. I will definitely be back again!

I have been getting my hair cut and coloured by Rob for nearly 5 years and I have never been disappointed.  He always does a fantastic job colouring my hair and I always get complements from people about the colour.  I have found in the past that many hairdressers have done a terrible job colouring my hair blonde, however Rob has never had any difficulties and always keeps my hair looking vibrant and fresh.

Rob and his staff are very professional and friendly.  It is always a pleasure going to the hairdressers!  I would highly recommend this hairdressing salon to everyone.
