Story

Let me introduce ourselves. We are a husband and wife team (Nick & Soph) along with our 3 year old twins have owned The Paradise Palms for 3 years. We are renovating the motel in stages, with stage 1 complete for the soft furnishings and carpet.
Hospitality in motels are what we are renowned for. We take pride in our work, which shows in the cleaning, renovating, and friendly chat and when you walk through our door.

Having had a restaurant previously, Nick (a chef) can whip you up a hearty home cooked breaky that will satisfy the hungriest traveller.

We have many great specials throughout the year that wont break the budget.

We are the play ground of the Murray River. Whether you are fishing, water skiing, working, golfing or simply relaxing, we have something here for you. Mulwala is a wonderful place to be, however you decide to spend your time.

Rooms are cozy. But there’s a leak on the pantry area that’s quite disturbing. Not sure if they did something about it already.nnWe had a blower, toaster, and kettle available for use which was great. Toiletries are also available.

We have stayed for 5 years at Christmas time and it is always clean and comfortable. We even have the aircon on when we arrive if it’s a hot day. The pool area is great too. Can highly recommend!

We stayed over the Easter weekend and had a wonderful experience. Sophie was an absolute pleasure to deal with—her communication was the best we’ve ever encountered. The self check-in process was simple and efficient, and we were pleasantly surprised to receive an early notification that our room was ready ahead of schedule. We also greatly appreciated the warm and accommodating welcome extended to our federally approved assistance dog. Highly recommended!

Stayed here recently, 4 women with a golf package. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Lovely breakfast every morning and the owners couldn’t do enough for us. The motel is close to everything. Had an easy drive to every golf course and easy walk to clubs, pubs and shops. We will definitely be back. Thanks for a great stay.

Good value accomodation. The owner managers are nice and friendly to deal with. The premises and features are kept clean.nIt is walking distance to pubs, clubs, a beaut butcher and a fantastic bakery. We have stayed here several times over the years and will continue to do so.
