It's a smaller store than the city it's nice enough with most of the important options.
The Asian guy in the second floor was really rude. Poor refund/ return policies and procedures. Do NOT Buy online - they will charge you for shipping if change of mind. Muji is getting really bad with customer experience
Always love their vibe in this store, their stationary is a staple in my collection. The customer service can be a hit or a miss, but I've personally had more hits than misses, most of the staff I talked to were patient and kind and that's what an introvert appreciates! Worth queueing up for, if I'm honest! <3
Great store with very affordable clothes and homewares, spacing is a bit tight between aisles so beware during busy times
I bought a non-stick pan from this store. I only used it once to heat the pumpkin pie, and there were many spots on the bottom of the pan. I found the merchant but refused to admit that it was a quality problem.
No frills decent clothing made with simple cotton. Also has home items that are very functional. The cuckoo clock is something different to have at home.....especially if you're working from home and it goes off every hour; strikes up conversation.

Just like being in japan. Prices are even roughly the same... ie unlike most japanese chains that come to australia... i'm looking at you Daiso! Mainly i buy interesting stationary here. But they mainly sell clothing.
Luv this shop. Has something for everyone. Quilts are light as a feather. Great for every storage need. And cooking needs. Staff are super friendly.
Love, love, loved it. The staff are very friendly and the two storeys of shop help with variation of goods. It may be a bit smaller than the one in the city and there is certainly not as much stock as that store, but its still really good for someone that doesn't want to travel to Town Hall. The stock in this store is: storage, homewares, kitchen and dining, manchester, stationery items, bathroom, etc. Pretty much a whole house of items! I'd definitely recommend if you want to buy more storage items you don't but certainly want need, or some nice pens and desk items. My photos show just a few items you can buy there. The set of drawers is spacious and holds everything I need. The storage trays are cute and definitely a good size for knick knacks. The suction cup metal rack is perfect for holding sponges and the suction cups actually stay, gasp!
