Sorry to say this store used to be really good but today we were very disappointed. Didn't take our order accurately, saying "sandwiches" is pretty clear, the sandwiches were not fresh when opened and little effort was made to locate us when we were sitting clearly in the dining area. Coffee and hot chocolate were ok tjough.
The prize for the worst coffee ever. I may as well have bought a cup of dish water........ and it cost $6 !!!!

I've been going here for many years and always experienced first class service from the staff, and excellent coffee. They are friendly and efficient, which is a great achievement given the high volume of customers they serve. The poor reviews are obviously by people who have nothing better to do than trash hard-working, decent people.. It seems they did not even approach staff and give them an opportunity to resolve the problem. If someone here did make a mistake then give them the benefit of some basic kindness and simply ask them to fix the problem for you. Everyone makes mistakes occasionally. Personally I think these reviews are petty.
Coffee was nice but the food was bland and overpriced. Disappointed to see it just went from fridge premade then into a microwave and then to me.
