LESS THAN 1 STAR Got belittled and disrespected by the NEW store manager/staff all because i tried to get my free drink which i earned. NEW staff didnt believe i had actually bought drinks to earn my free ones and straight out accused me of 'KNOWING SOMEONE INSTORE' who was giving me free stamps. As someone who had gone to this store weekly FOR OVER 4 YEARS and always ordered the same thing to the point the old owners knew my order off by heart this was unbelievable. They didnt listen to anything i had to say and were just plain rude, lost a loyal customer OF OVER 4 YEARS all because the new staff dont know regulars.
I visit fairly regularly until it was taken over by new management. staff and products used to be great, now the food always looks stale and usually have staff that don't know what they're doing. Will purposely avoid the place if I see some of the staff members serving or making coffees. Used to be great, now it's a disappointment. Feel sorry for the staff that know what they're doing
This place is bonza best coffee in town !!!! If you can find a better cafe.... ill call you a liar
New management who have fail on customer service and quality. Just read the other recent reviews. Avoid and spend your valuable dollar elsewhere!
The muffins are tasty, but the service has gone downhill to be honest. Unsure if it’s new management, or something else.
The staff are always so friendly. I was amazed to learn the cakes are made at the store. Amazing!
Check to make sure you have all that you ordered before you leave, the service was a bit slow but apart from that the food was Awesome!
The worst coffee. Asked for a macchiato and got a long black with foam.
now closed and moved out. Argh - now what am I to do
