The staff member thought that it was okay to talk to her friend whilst making my hot chocolate, maybe this is why it is weak!  I have had Muffin Break’s hot chocolate before and it is usually full flavoured! Muffin very fresh which is good for a change, usually they need to be heated to taste this fresh.

I couldnt believe the rude customer service I received this morning around 9am. A lady served me with long dark brown hair and her lack of a smile or being friendly put myself and group of friends off from visiting this shop again. I hope the manager takes note of this and trains his staff on how to deliver customer service. Yes and the hot choc tasted like water down hot milk

One of the women has permanent b#tch face. Just rude and rarely get any specifics for your order correct. For a place that is suppose to be social and cheerful it fails well. I assume the owners create a uncompromising stressful work environment because everyone looks unhappy

Pathetic place and rude, arrogant and hopeless staff. Many Muffin Breaks go out of menu and prepare a non menu customer preference sandwich due to allergies or food taste. This place is horrible, didnt even let me complete my sentence and started talking to another client
