Very good mechanic, our story with Mueller didn't start out particularly well because the repairs took longer than expected, but the whole team went out of their way to make us feel good and everything went smoothly, all the mechanics at Mueller are very professional and at the same time very friendly.nnThanks to the whole team for doing such a great job on our Prado to replace the clutch.nnWe recommend this garage without hesitation, very good price, quick appointment, and very nice!nnWe'll be back after our trip to Cape York!nnThank you to the entire Mueller team!
Oil change was supposed to cost 150$ and take up to 1 hour. I left the car at 10:30 and it was ready after 4pm, just before workshop's closing time, with a surprising invoice for over 300$ + they didn't check the issues that I asked for.nNo inspection report or anything else than the invoice from them.nThey did top up of windshield washer fluid which supposed to be included in service price but didn't top up coolant, that's level is low just noted that fluid flush is recommended. For me it's just a rip off and waste of my working day as I couldn't work for this 6 hours..
Best mechanic I've been to, from the receptionist to the boss and the workers, came in for an emergency and they fit me in straight away, solved and I'm all set to hit the road again. I've been to so many mechanics and this has to be the best one I've been to in years, Mueller automotive will be my to go mechanic from now till the future. I am a very happy customer thank you so much Mueller automotive helping me this morning.
This is my #1 mechanical shop from now on. They are all so friendly! Jo is a fantastic person and even when he was super busy he took the time driving my car and looking underneath to diagnose the issue. A true blooded German. Honest, personal, reliable and efficient. What more do you want? Really much more than I expected on such short notice!nInteresting to see that pretty much all reviews are 5 or 1 star. The 1 star reviews must be emotional responses rather based on logic!
Exceptional treatment by Cristina and a very detailed work by the team. Undoubtedly, a highly recommended place where they explain in detail what your car needs in addition to having a fair price. Very happy to have chosen Mueller for a full service to my car!!
