A lovely place with super friendly and knowledgeable staff… you will find alcohols and spirits produced with honey… so unique and memorable experience… you can taste different varieties of honey and test different skin care products made with honey too along with honey mead tastings. we loved the spiced honey mead and bee care exfoliator… you will also get non- alcoholic honey based sparkling drinks… kids loved it… and something different to regular wine tasting experience…
I really like this place, you can taste different types of honey in here. They also offer wines and non-alcoholic drinks made from honey which are awesome! They sell souvenirs, skin cares from honey. One thing you must try is their honey ice cream! But the ice cream has egg ingredients so be careful if you are allergic to eggs.
Great shop with so many products related to honey and bees wax. There’s a central honey tasting area, a sample of lotions and scrubs, and a cafe that sells honey flavoured ice creams which were delicious. The staff are friendly and helpful, always asking if you need any help. They’re quite funny too even when having problems with the credit card machines. Made for a nice little shopping trip.
Very busy, but excellent service. The ladies behind the counter were lovely on Sunday. Definitely worth visiting. It was wonderful that you could taste all the honeys and the tubs of honey are very reasonably priced. The strawberry honey and the cinnamon honey were our favourites!
Very friendly staff to serve the honey mead tasting and the products. An unique honey ice cream made by chef is selling here! Love it very much.
Some pretty good honey, but it does come at a somewhat hefty price tag not bad for Australian honey though. Not sure how worth it it is to me, but maybe if you love honey, it could be a good purchase. Their honey is manufactured and collected in Australia, so its authentic manuka. I tried their Manuka and Eucalyptus honey from a United States distributor. You might find them in random stores like TJ Maxx or Marshall's if you're in the US. Or, you can visit the farm if you're local. The Eucalyptus honey was unique but still enjoyable. It had light floral notes and a pretty creamy texture. Decent sweetness. The jar for this honey was huge in comparison to the Manuka jar and I definitely prefer this flavor over the Manuka. If you're choosing between the two, I recommend this one it's also a better deal. The Manuka was okay. I haven't had much Manuka honey so I'm not sure what to compare it to. Its texture is a bit more runny but it apparently comes with some health benefits. The jars are significantly smaller and are priced based on their MGO noncentration one tiny jar I saw costed $15! Mine was just $8 because of a lower MGO concentration. Sweet with some floral notes as well. All in all, this is a decent purchase on my part. If you're local, try their honey out and maybe visit the farm. If you're in the US, I think it's still a pretty good purchase. It's just not something I'm used to, so the flavors are a bit different to me.
Had a pit stop here. Was pleasantly surprised to see such an array of honey, artisan products as well as a large variety of bee themed souvenirs here. The customer service was super friendly and delightful.
Nice honey shop with free tastings of a wide range of flavoured honey. Kids enjoyed the honey ice cream.
Honestly from the outside it doesnt look much. We entered and the name says it all. "Honey Haven" . Was pleasantly/happily surprised with the quantity of products involving honey. Every thing was neat clean and tidy with many cool ideas for gifts at affordable prices. They have an educational live bee hive display which looks very cool. At the little cafe we had a toasted sandwich and a milkshake. They also have icecream available and other food. What I really liked was the Mead Honey Alcohol : They offered a tasting and ended up purchasing 2 bottles :
Ordered from the Gold Coast, QLD. Arrived quickly and very professionally packaged. Product was great tasting, ordered 8 x bottles of sparkling mean and 1 x bottle of mead liqueur. All of it was very nice, will buy again.
