Hospitality stalwart Don Cameron is guiding Mud Bar Restaurant into its second decade. Contemporary Tasmanian cuisine with exotic Asian flavours are accompanied by a hand selected list of local and benchmark wines specialising in Tasmanian Pinot Noirs and Burgundies from France.

The meals were amazing. The flavours were authentic and cooked perfectly. My Korean cooked duck was delicious. The only negative I have was the pricing of the meals and paying a credit card surcharge. If you are wanting amazing flavour got to Mud, but it was rather pricey for the portions you got.

This was a great restaurant. The service and food was outstanding. It was a bit pricey but the food quality made up for that. I would come back here. Great restaurant. I got the steak and it was cooked perfectly and was filled with flavour. It made me. Hungry for more. Great restaurant. 5 star worthy

I had a solo dinner tonight and the whole night was an amazing experience. I had the mixed 1/2 dozen oysters which was delicious, and then the lamb for a main. The service was incredible and the setting was lovely. All in all a wonderful evening.  Thanks again, and looking forward to returning.

Great lunch spot. My lamb was delicious. Nice glass of wine. Friendly staff. Reasonably priced
