MTS Group Pty Ltd was established in 1988. Danny Caiazza and Tony Capone joined as partners in 1991.

In 2004 the company was restructured. Danny Caiazza and Tony Capone established MTS Accountants Pty Ltd in the eastern suburbs of Adelaide.

Both Danny and Tony are Fellows of the Institute of Practising Accountants and Fellows of the Taxation Institute of Accountants. They each have over 20 years experience in the accounting and taxation industry.

MTS Accountants Pty Ltd has a staff of 12, including fully qualified accountants, bookkeepers and administration.
