Tried a fisherman's basket for 1, $17.50. There was less fish than I was expecting, and the chips fairly yellow though overall crunch still there for all the items and taste is decent. Still, I probably wouldn't go out of way to get it again and just stick to our preferred fish and chippery. Also this was supposed to include sauce but there was none in our pack - only realised this after getting home.
We have been going here for years and fish and chips were to die for but unfortunately the last 3 times fish has been old and not white with stale taste. Chips on last occasion were very soggy and again old tasting, calamari was great. We may give it a miss for a while as 3 times in a row of poor quality fish is more than just bad luck. Hope quality goes up again as we have enjoyed buying our food there.
Ain't worth going here again... Seafood basket ain't worth $17.50.... The Asian man is so rude. Tell me they been there for 6 yrs how offened do you come here, um like does that matter cause I ain't coming here again... Scallop not cooked.. Chip so small.. Battered no crunchy taste bit off... What fish is that taste bad..

Love this fish and chip shop. Since moving from SA near the beach I’ve struggled to find a good seafood place. This is it for me! Well cooked , tasty, good value and they cook their chips properly!!! what’s with the under cooked chips in most places now days My weekend favourite

Owner has Zero customer service ability and is rude. I ordered 2 burgers for my elderly parent and myself and I’m in a full sling after shoulder Surgery. I asked nicely if my burger could be cut in half so I could eat it easy. Got a blunt No twice with a blank cranky stare. Been going there for years as it’s close, but the rude female owner with zero ability to be nice or assist a disability has lost my business.
Best chips and seafood takeaway in Mt Gravatt! I’ve been a regular over the years and their seafood and meals are aways well cooked and tasty! Love the fish burger and salmon Staff are also great and helpful!
