Friendly and helpful staff who are very knowledgeable about their products. Even go that extra mile to suggest ways to manage your accounts. Clean and spacious shop front with easy parking nearby. There are no other banks open in the town now so good to see this one is still serving its customers to a high standard.
Worst bank ever! Suspend accounts for no reason other than their own joy and pleasure. Had all points of i.d required to prove identity, but not good enough for them they confiscate my card then 2 weeks after that suspend our account! No customer service do yourself a favour and steer clear of this bank! Never have we been treated like this from any bank. Disgraceful.
You will get served eventually . This branch seems to have people that just dont want to be there . Ive stopped trying to be polite , its not reciprocated . Dont expect a smile or a hello .
