MSY is for computer enthusiasts looking for a large range of parts for decent prices. If you want customer service then go to Harvey Norman and pay more. MSY don't know how to answer phones. they seem to take 2 hour lunch breaks. You pay less you lose something for it. Customer service is the price. Take that in mind when purchasing at its a solid 4 for me.

I went there for consultation and they helped me to build my customised PC on the spot. They told me to expect approximately one week to completion. However, I already received a call after 2 days. They are fast, efficient and have competitive prices. Don't call, go straight to their shop. Recommend.

Terrible service, guy at the counter called me a liar when i told him my giga 1080 g1 didn't have a 6 pin power connector, then didn't apologise when i got it out of the car and showed it to him. Umart may be more expensive but they deserve the extra as they know how respect people.

Terrible Service. The Indian dude at the front desk is arrogant and unhelpful. I am happy to pay more at Umart for their service.

MSY is a no fuss computer store, and always has been. If you know what you want you get great prices and good service. Customer for over 10 years and never been disappointed.
