Best service ever! Love this place!
Great place for computer spares and parts. Fantastic prices. You need to know what you are looking for though. The place doesn't offer parts or machines on displays so do your homework before you get there.
Service is very poor and fairly rude. Shouldn't be so rude or confident given the online market now. Try cpl online in nearby West Melbourne.

Decent prices for parts but it's just not worth the terrible customer service. They don't even pick up the phone. I have no trust with this company to treat their customers with respect so I never buy anything expensive from them. You can find the same prices elsewhere with better support.
best store they sell about 70% of there stuff for nearly half price for example i bought a razer huntsman keyboard which was 250$ at jbhifi and i got it for 130$
Stood in line for 30 mins only to find out they didn't have stock. Called beforehand and they didn't answer. Found out why in store. There's 1 guy there. Second time this has happened. My advice. Go to CPL in West Melbourne or Centrecom in Sunshine. Much better service levels. They actually answer their phones and have stock!
