Fantastic mechanics who really know there job. I tried fixing up my reversing lights without success but I was looking in the wrong place. On the spot they showed me the problem under the bonnet which was the last place I ever thought of. They fixed the lights so easily and the price was very fair. Thank you to James and all the other staff for a great job. I will be back there for any other work on my car. I highly recommend this place to everyone

James and the boys give good honest service at good prices. Great to have that kind of piece of mind.

Took my car for a service.... booked it in for the repairs required with James over the phone. I placed the date in my calendar on my phone when speaking with James. I turned up only to be told it was booked in last Friday which is impossible as I had a dr appointment. They said the part I needed to fix the car had been returned. They said they would reorder it and would call me Monday yesterday. Not only did they not call me yesterday I phoned today to speak with the manager, James who is now conveniently away till next Thursday....... to be continued!

This is my go to place for anything mechanical and if it's auto electrical his mate Adam @ Oxenford Auto Electrical is the ducks guts. Highly recommended.

I have been using MSI for over 10 years now. My cars have always been well looked after and maintained by the men at MSI. James is always polite and will always go out of his way to help me. He has a great network of others in the industry and I can always count on them to repair anything and everything. Best mechanics on the Gold Coast.
