Absolutely Delicious These cookies really are the best. They are forever consistent, and always hit the spot! Although they're a big franchise it's really great that they don't fail to deliver. I got the 5 x white chocolate macadamia, 5 x Choc lovers, 5 x Choc chip cookies for only $10 too
I had a custom triple choc cookie cake made for a corporate function, they had it ready the next day on time and the quality of the writing and decorating was absolutely superb. It was the first cake everyone completely devoured too, extremely tasty and my compliments to the baker!

Stood there in front of man for over three minutes without acknowledgment and no service. He rudely watched tv/device. I Went away and came back again. Same story, eventually served by a young girl. Whether he is the owner or worker he doesn’t deserve the trade based on his customer service. The two stars are for the product only which is good.

Very poor service - I ordered a caramel milkshake, the cashier accidentally put chocolate sauce in the blender mistakes happen it is ok. She took it to her supervisor and told her of the mistake that she made. his solution was to just add caramel sauce to the blender. The whole time I am standing there watching and not consulted at all. The they served me this sickly sweet chocolate and caramel milkshake, no apology or anything, they did not even acknowledge they made a mistake. My frustration is not with the cashier as she did what was expected and was just following orders. If they had of come to me. i would have just said it is fine I will have chocolate instead Really poor form to not acknowledge they made a mistake. Ideally I would have got a new caramel shake, but mistakes happen and I would have compromised with a chocolate shake.
Best. Thick shakes. Ever. Singlehandedly the only reason I come to brisbane twice a week.
I was there earlier today and bought some cookies. While the cookies were very good and would warrant a better review, the lady who served me does not. I asked for 5 cookies and was only given 4. One of them had part broken off so I told the lady several times that I thought it was only 4 and could she check. Instead of checking, she was rude each time, informing me it was 5, her tone getting aggressive. I decided maybe I was wrong. I wasn't. I was very disappointed and the service left a lot to be desired. While the one cookie is not that important, the employee's awful attitude is why I am writing this review.
