Friendly staff Johanna was great. Love the cookies

requested  hot coffee but served cold. inspite of request of coffee in crockery, was given in takeaway. But still 5 stars. Try to improve the service.

Ordered a soy mocha; made quite quick but not rushed; really good coffee, the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it was a little sweeter than I would've liked but that didn't make it undrinkable at all, just a preference :
