I don't usually leave reviews but I feel this company deserves every bit of the 5 stars, they were always on time, very polite, very easy to deal with and best of all the workmanship was fantastic. I would highly recommend Mr Thatch to anyone without hesitation! I have had bad experiences with other small company's but my faith has been restored after dealing with The Mr Thatch Team!! Thank you!!

Perfect addition to the backyard! The Bali Hut Mr Thatch installed for us looks great and the service throughout the process was very good. Everything was completed on time and in keeping with the original quote. Would highly recommend.

I called mr thatch regarding a gazebo maintenance issues in my back yard. They did not answer my call initially but called me back very swiftly. After a conversation and some photos sent, it came out that mr thatch is not really able to help with my issue because it is a different product to theirs. But their attitude and service seems to me to be very good.
