We gave this place another chance today, 2 weeks ago it was barely edible, today was terrible, it’s 11:45am, how can chicken be so badly dry at this time?! chicken is so tasteless. After the 2nd bite of the chicken breast I couldn’t swallow it, I felt as though I’d choke on it, so it all went to the bin. To top it off the gravy and chips were just as bad. No more chances here, spend your hard hard earned elsewhere.
Arrogant proprietor dark haired male with black rimmed glasses who thought he was going to dictate what I was going to spend my money on. Obviously chipping away at slowly running his business into the ground along with the jobs of those unfortunate enough to work for him. Customers deserve far better than what he is offering. Do not spend money there.
Very very rude member of staff behind the counter, clicking his tongue and rolling his eyes. Worked in Diamond Creek for the week and came here every day, and each day he got ruder and ruder. Shouldn't be serving customers with that attitude

Have to say the chook tonight was nearly inedible - very dry/tough. A surprise as normally I have been quite satisfied with their meals.
Excellent lunch, great chicken, peas and chips, super generous size too.
Best chicken chips ever. Always get an extra chicken for lunches the next day. Never disappointed.
One of not the best charcoal chicken shops around. Cannot get enough and look forward to eating there whenever I get the chance.Food: 4/5
Great food and quality charcoal chicken, always good feed here. I normally opt for the chicken roll as unlike most places they use fresh chicken and it’s delicious but can’t recall every having bad food so I recommend it.
The food tastes good. However the man with gray hair tried to overcharge me couple of times and when I questioned he pretended that it was a mistake. When I asked for a carry bag he tried to charge me money and then again he pretends it was a joke. Mate if you read this take note. You are ruining a good business. I was a regular and will not return again after this incident.
