Very patient seller, I replaced my glass mug twice, it was broken because of the shipping, the third one is finally perfect. Thank you very much, and no shipping charges.
Ordered items online yesterday Monday and chose Express Shipping. Emailed them today to ask when they would be dispatched as I need these by the weekend. Was told items won't be dispatched until their next send out, which is Thursday. I mentioned the time frames for items to be dispatched on their website are therefore misleading, all I got was a disinterested 'thanks for the feedback' with no offer of sending the items out earlier/refund of the extra I paid for Express Shipping. In contrast I recently bought online from Skittle Lane who have gone above and beyond to make sure the items I bought will be received on time.

Amazing light filled space with great wears for sale, the staff are wonderful, can most certainly recomend for any avid home or indoor gardener, cook or just those who enjoy fine goods
Number 1 for hand crafted pottery and general items of fancy and interest. Many pieces are pricey and some of the pottery definitely on the 'beauty is in the eye of the beholder' side of things, but this is a great place to find a gift for the discerning, design concious friend or family member.

If you were not looking for "Mr Kitly" you may actually miss the ground floor door that leads up to an amazing collection of quality crafts, plants and ceramics in 2 spaces that are fun to browse and separated by an exhibition space. I recommend that you make the effort to find 381, climb the flight of stares and enter a fascinating space for local and international crafts.
