Absolutely fantastic experience, with excellent service provided by all employees. Dr Kevin Chu i would highly recommend to anybody with similar issues to myself . Dr Kev makes you feel comfortable as if your in his home and explains in layman's terms what needs to be done to resolve the issue you my have . Everything he said what he'd do ,he did and my issue was resolved ,top bloke . On follow up appointments he was just as good . Thanks Dr very Kevin Chu .
After a traumatic episode of kidney stones 26, an introduction to Kevin Chu was a major relief. He clearly explained the whole process of treating them and then promptly booked me in to have them lasered. He was extremely professional and is now my urology specialist for life. Don't shop around, just get referred directly to him. Job done!
As well as being an expert urologist, Dr Chu is an excellent communicator who takes the time to answer any questions you have and clearly explain a diagnosis, the options and his recommended action. You are in very good hands as his patient.
From the first appointment through to 6 months after, Kevin was extremely professional and friendly. The robotic operation went smoothly and my recovery was quick. Kevin Chu is a very attentive and highly skilled surgeon. He performed robotic pyeloplasty on a family member. The recovery and final result exceeded our expectations. His follow up was thorough, he was always available when needed, did not rush and had a very personable manner. I highly recommend Mr Chu as a Urologist.

I would highly recommend Kevin Chu. Excellent outcome and very speedy recovery post robotic surgery. Very thorough, excellent communication. His staff are equally excellent and arranged all appointments with minimal fuss.
I am very happy how Mr. K. Chu has managed my recurrent kidney stones. I have no hesitation in recommending him. He even rang me up to explain the composition of the stones and again another time to explain an abnormal result that followed later rather than wait to see him He went through the different causes for the result. He directed me to the next step with some positive reassurance until the time when the result was repeated and returned to normal.
Kevin, you have looked after me since meeting with you about 10 months ago for prostate check & PSA consultation, surgery for removal of prostate approx 6 months ago and post consultations every 3 months. You have been fabulous, always clear and precise communication and straight to the point, your staff and you are terrific and always on time with appointments, Thank you
