The manager who runs the store is always greets people with warmth and a bubbly personality. They make up funny little competitions to keep the customers interested in the shop rather then just coming for the coffee which is amazing. The staff are always happy and willing to make conversation and make you feel involved. Great job guys, love it :
Ordered a vanilla latte and it was overly sweet, their friendly staff made me a new cup straight away , with a smile! They also have a large water jar filled with huge strawberries! Exceptional service when it comes with a smile.
Excellent and friendly service. We had a BLT and a chicken and avocado wrap with a milkshake which were delicious. They had that homemade taste and were very moorish. I would definitely eat here every time I visit Westfield Eastgardens.
The best coffee I have ever consumed! Rich, flavoursome and aromatic! You should also check out their assortment of sandwiches and cakes. Fresh and Yummy!
Asked for small coffee, large cup of milky coffee.. they did happily change it. I'll tell you about the food when it finally arrives, being the only customer here, I should not be waiting 20 plus minutes for an omelette!
The staff is friendly and let the team know if anything us not up to the standard..coffee, food or service. .n they will make it right. Its kids friendly with toys n books to borrow or read
Good Service havent had their food but have tried their coffee which is nice. not great but decent. and always friendly staff at the counter.
