Such a great shop, literally caters for everything you would ever need at Christmas. The staff could not have been more helpful, putting things behind the counter to free up your hands for more browsing. For all your Christmas needs, look no further. Highly recommend.
The old man I encountered was the worst foul tempered abhorrently rudest man I have ever met . I was trying ask a question about an item, but clearly customer service is not his strong point, I was told to just take the items I was trying to buy and I was shoved out of the shop. Another man then came out and took photo's of my car number plate!!I It was a shocking experience and I felt quiet fearful. There was a lovely lady who apologised to me. Don't buy from here & go somewhere else because this business clearly doesn't value the money you spend and his bad behaviour was an absolute disgrace! I'll never go there again!!!
If you love Christmas, then this place will have you in awe.. So many awesome things to look at and choose from.. Must have had a sale on cause a lot of the items were slashed so that was nice.. Customer service - the gentlemen x 4 that I came across were polite and helpful. Set out - was nice trees on one side, decor on the other. Note: if you're taking kids in the store, they are not allowed to touch, well neither the adults to, so pls be mindful of that. All in all great store.
Sold us an outdoor inflatable that wasn't fit for purpose couldn't stand up outside and then refused us a refund or credit. Disappointing for a former repeat customer.
Honestly I don't know how these guys survive in business! Hope they have a thriving online facility becuase their face to face customer service is appauling and downright rude! I feel dirty having to give them one star! Shop elswhere Perth
Great shop, great selection, particularly the Lemax stock. I was able to find some buildings I haven’t been able to find at other christmas shop.
Beware the 2 Grinches at the front counter!!! The worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. I heard them telling another disappointed customer how long they’ve been operating and really I can’t see how?! Their ignorance towards retail is an absolute joke. A detriment to their business as I drove all the way to Toodjay where I spent $2370 and I haven’t finished Christmas shopping yet. Btw if you’re reading any good reviews, I can assure you they’ve been written by themselves but they couldn’t save themselves if they tried!
Avoid the old bald headed guy behind the counter. He is people hater, just avoid him because the other lady’s in the shop are lovely and they have some really cool stuff.
We bought a hat from the store and an ornament got stuck in it, my mum innocently pointed it out so it wouldn’t drop and break and he replied with, I know if you have a problem you can ring it up yourself, we we’re shocked. Such a beautiful store but the people working there have no Christmas spirit especially when we spent over $2000 in their store.
Ushered out of the store at closing time. I had about $200 worth of decorations in hand. But was told, it's closing time. So I put down my purchases and left. They weren't bothered by the fact they missed a sale. Very disappointing customer service.
