Mr Brooks Stone Grill has an excellent dining experience! The steak is incredibly tender and juicy, and it's fascinating to watch it cook right in front of you on a hot stone. The rib was also good, I'd rate it 8/10. Overall, a unique and enjoyable meal!
Finally got to check out Mr Brooks last night after wanting to for a long time…& if the sounds of yummy delight coming from the kids was any indication, I’m sure we will be backnWednesday night, no booking, walking in it felt cozy but luxe, with a nice outdoor seating area upon entry. Too cold for a June night in Melbourne but I can see it being a great space in summer! We were shown to a table quickly & all the staff we encountered were nice!nThe menu is vast, but one note, it is considerably more expensive than any menus I saw posted online. Anyway, we got the soft shell crab salad - tasty but small, the kids nuggets & chips - yummy & sizeable, night to feed our 10 yo daughternMy son got salmon - he said it was the best salmon he’s had & loved the BéarnaisenMy wife & I shared the stone grilled Angus sirloin & the Mr B burgernBoth were great!
Finally made it over to Mr Brooks and can't believe how amazing it actually was - disappointed we didn't hit up this place sooner.nnA bit hidden amongst some kind of business area but the venue and outdoor area have a really good vibe once you get to it.nnWithout a doubt, these were the best Buffalo Wings we have ever had and good price for how many you got. Can't go wrong with the Garlic and Cheese Bruschetta and the Pork Ribs were delicious.nnNot sure what we were expecting when we ordered the green vegetables, but I would have thought as a stone grill restaurant that the greens might have been chargrilled rather than just steamed greens.nnThe guy who served us was amazing, some of the best customer service I've seen in hospo since before COVID, it was a pleasant surprise!
Came here for all kinds of special occassions, brought guests and they never disappoint!nnGreat price, great size, and just so delicious:n- angus tenderloin/sirloinn- chicken parman- salmonn- mushroom risottonThe sticky date pudding is a must!
This place has been one of my favourite on the west side of town.nNicely decorated, young and dynamic team of staffs. Food come out fast and consistently, while other places has cut down food portion due to inflation, this place still offering the same amount of food and great quality.
