Really friendly staff and great service. Not a lot of food options if that is what you are looking for but amazing coffee and other drinks selection!! everything from coffee and milkshakes to fancy turmeric drinks and pretty berry smoothies.
The 2 staff were more interested in talking to each other than taking orders, and projected zero customer relationship skills when they did so. At the time, I thought that I would forgive them if the coffee was good. But no, the coffee was terrible and forgiveness was not required.
A great variety of yummy coffee, chocolate, including hot Matcha that you can't get anywhere near St Lucia campus. Great waffles too. Unfortunately, I have visited this place since 2010 and observe that the staff including the owner are rude, most of the time to many people but not to a few others
Good coffee, great service as well, short wait times, friendly staff. Not sure what the complaint is staff-wise, I have only had good experiences.
The staffs are not friendly. You cannot expect to see a smile on their face when they take your order. But their coffee is amazing. I love their flavored hot chocolate, particularly butterscotch and almond. Bit overpriced though.
Best de-caff coffee in the area. Much faster than the nearby Merlo also. Acai bowls are expensive and flavourless though.
Hot chocolates are the best. Don't have to wait too long.
