Dealing with them has been nothing short of a nightmare, filled with fraudulent practices, abusive behavior, and relentless harassment towards tenants. If you value your peace of mind and sanity, steer clear of this unscrupulous company at all costs. First and foremost, MPC Moss Property Consultants engaged in fraudulent activities throughout my entire tenure as a tenant. They advertised the property with misleading information, promising amenities and services that were nowhere to be found upon moving in. It became evident that their sole intention was to deceive potential renters and extract as much money as possible from them. The abuse I endured at the hands of MPC Moss Property Consultants was beyond belief. Their staff members were consistently rude, disrespectful, and dismissive. Any attempt to voice legitimate concerns or request necessary repairs was met with hostility and neglect. Their complete lack of professionalism and disregard for tenant well-being was shocking, to say the least. But the worst part was the constant harassment that I endured while living in their property. MPC Moss Property Consultants showed no boundaries in invading my privacy, regularly entering my unit without prior notice or consent. They would snoop around, touching personal belongings, and even going through my personal documents. This blatant violation of privacy left me feeling unsafe and violated within my own home. Furthermore, MPC Moss Property Consultants displayed a complete disregard for the basic needs of their tenants. Maintenance issues were ignored or poorly addressed, causing endless inconveniences and compromising the safety of the property. They would conveniently "forget" to fix essential amenities, leaving tenants to suffer in subpar living conditions. The level of unprofessionalism and dishonesty exhibited by MPC Moss Property Consultants is absolutely appalling. They prioritize their own financial gains over the well-being of their tenants, making their operation a breeding ground for fraudulent practices and abusive behavior. Owner of this real estate, he is worst guy I have seen ever , he talk to you like you are looking for free shop, Highly recommended dnot go with real estate agent even shop owner as well , plz dnot give your shop to this agent. Worst real estate agent in Melbourne.
Tried to steal as much of our bond as they could from us when we moved out and broke several rental laws in trying to do so. Even falsified the GST on a lie-filled VCAT application in an attempt to squeeze more money out of us. Ignored countless messages from us showing them the laws they were breaking for over two weeks before we went to consumer affairs and got their backing. Only returned our bond when they realised they were about to get in a lot of legal trouble. Stay away.
The worst real estate agent I have ever had in my life. Inattentive, Dishonest and Verbally abusive.

This is the first time that I have dealt with MPC. Very professional people. I have been dealing with the team there and they have always acted in a very attentitive and professional manner.
