Do not recommend for eBike servicing! Took my Pedego in here and asked for a couple of specific things to be done, checking the computer and replacing the rear light in the battery as well as checking the brakes. Was told it would be a day or two. Heard nothing from them, popped into the shop 3 days later and hadn't started work on my bike. Mentioned to staff member I also required my seat height reduced if possible. Call a week later asking for an update, they say "should be done tomorrow". Got a text a couple of hours later saying it was ready to be collected. The guy had oiled the gears and the brakes, but that was it. Said he hadn't checked the brake pads because it was "a bit of a job to get the wheels off" and to come back if I heard a grinding metal on metal sound. That's the reason I took it in! paid the $46 and took my bike away, now need to take it somewhere else. However, I wonder if I've dodged a bullet as they don't seem very confident with eBike servicing. I don't mind if a business is busy, but it's appreciated if that can be communicated upfront.

Took a hedge trimmer in for service. I waited almost a month, calling three times and visiting the shop twice only to discover that it was not repaired, the part not confirmed as ordered, and not sure when will be repaired or ready. Lots of apologies but no ownership of the problem.Totally disorganised and a miracle if the jobs get done.

nice, no-nonsense guys, know their stuff. I have taken numerous bikes, mowers and chainsaws here and I have always received excellent service for a good price in a reasonable timeframe. When I have bought new gear here, it has been of high quality at a lower price than most other stores. Granted, the store is a bit cluttered, but I think the guys here are just a bit busy working.
