I don't do reviews but thought these guys deserve one. Brought a second hand Honda mower that was running rough and the cables were sticky. Pushed it in to the shop to see if I could get it booked in to get looked at. I fully expected to leave it there as they are super busy. The bloke took one look at it and wheeled it out the back. 5 minutes later he wheeled it back out the front to me and it was working and runs like a dream. Oiled the cables and adjusted the carby. They didn't even want me to pay it was that simple for them. I brought a couple sets of mower blades because I really couldn't leave there without at least buying something. You don't get service like that anymore. Thanks guys. An absolute pleasure.

I can highly recommend the service at Mower World. I had a brand new pressure washer in my garage for 12 mths, bought from them. I didn't know how to use it. Not only did they show me how to use it, the guy actually came to my home & checked it & got it going.... Not normal procedure  but I'm  extremely grateful. Thankyou so much. Have a great Christmas!

I just recently got my commercial pressure washer retro fitted with an electric key start. Andrea did an amazing job on the installation and nothing was a hassle. Complete professionalism and highly recommend Helensvale Mower World. Approached another mower centre at Burleigh and it was red flagged from the get go, too hard and not interested. The electric start makes my work so much easier and its great to know that there are companies like Mower World who not only take pride in their workmanship, but overall customer Service. Highly recommend Helensvale mower world, even if you have to travel from the southern end of the gold coast Varsity Lakes like myself, definitely  worth the travel time.     Paul. I'll never use their service again Rudely spoken to by the guy in accounts I have been a loyal customer brought my ride on my Sthill large whipper snipper there all my bits & pieces all my services to the equipment there But today was told if I don't pay now on the phone I won't receive my mower Never have I been spoken to that way by mower world

Took the whipper snipper in for a service and the lovely lady at the service desk said it will be about two weeks… two months, a few phone calls and lies later I get a quote for $390. I said don’t worry I’m coming to pick it up. They say, they haven’t serviced it yet. I go get it and they charge me $25 to look at it which took over two months and they gave it to me in 3 pieces with wires hanging out. Absolutely disgusted

Would never shop here again Had an issue with the product when i first got it.. should have taken it straight back After a few months unit died.. Went away for repair.. after 2 month of no contact i rung up and got told it would be at least another month waiting for parts.. I said it wasnt good enough and replace the unit... which the refused  Long story short the manager decided to take  the parts needed to fix mine off a boxed unit and then will replace these parts on the unit and sell it as "brand new" Clearly thats what go us in this issue to begin with... me being sold a refurbished unit as brand new..  Do yourself a favour and go anywhere else with a better business model..  As a business owner i was shocked with this service and would never treat my customers that way  Hope someone reads this and shops elsewhere Cheers James
