Very helpful staff, even knew my madeup terms for the part I needed.
Great service! My brush cutter broke down, was still under warranty. Fixed on the spot. Excellent as there is normally a 4 week wait due to huge workload.
This place is expensive and cannot service ride on mowers. After paying $900 my ride on came back not cutting even and the belt has completely come off. This was the second time I used it. I called and asked them if they could come and pick this up and fix it and the reply was not until 30 days time. Poor service for a customer that has been loyal to their business.
No interest in serving their customers. "We'll get around to your repair in due course" and will charge top dollar too. After a few occasions of similar service over the years, I recently went to Mowerland in Enoggera. What a difference - they really did want to help and gave me encouragement and a quick tutorial on how to do the fix myself. A $10 part later and a some fiddling and I was good to go. Goodbye Mower Mart!
I dropped off "Gertie the Grillo" for a major service after her previous owner had a tumble in her. I got the pretty plastic things back together, but she needed a major service after a bit of self servicing from the previous owner. Samford Mower Mart did an excellent job and replaced pretty much everything that was replaceable and she is working amazingly well and much better than I could have hoped. Gertie is alive!
Friendly and helpful team. Always ready to assist and usually have available what we're looking for. If not in, they'll get it for you in no time. Service the area well.

Very disappointed. When first rung, I sort confirmation they serviced my particular brand, Husqvarna, ride-on. "Yes they did", was the answer I got. After confirming the make and model numbers and what I required to be done in addition to the normal service, I booked my ride-on in. The initial pickup was rescheduled by Mower Mart for the week following the original booking. That wasn't an issue. What was an issue was the phone call I got the day following the pickup of my machine where I was told that it was ready, but they had been unable to get the parts needed to do the additional work required to get the machine back working. I asked what was done and was told a basic service. They then told me that they don't tend to do Husqvarna's anymore due to being unable to access after market parts for them....WT? They also claimed that I had booked my Husqvarna in as a Toro??? So in a nutshell, they lied when they said they could repair my machine and they went on to service a machine that was unusable because the belts and blades it needed they were unable to source. They also inferred I was to blame because I apparently didn't know what brand or model my ride-on was! I had to pay for the service although they later agreed to refund the pickup/drop-off fee. I googled the parts required and found them online straightaway. Funny that! Not impressed Mower Mart!
Threw these guys a curve ball to fix some gear that wasnt a stocked brand. They hit it out of the park, fixed the issues and super quick turn around. Thanks Josh and the team!
Always have had great service with our work equipment at a reasonable price. Always willing to help
