Such an amazing set up for many different uses!! While we were there we saw strength training, gymnastic and flexibility training and kids parkour training. Great teachers, top facilities ample parking and room to watch. My Son can't wait to come back again next week.
Good setup inside, however where it is situated makes it near impossible when accessing/egressing due to the proximity of the traffic gridlock right outside from 4-5.30pm. Parking inside is also an issue.
Great place to improve your body and challenge yourself.

Kids and adults had a same time session. too crowded, no hand sanitizer
I have and soon will continue to train at Movement Co. The facilities are terrific and the staff are knowledgeable. Very much looking forward to restrictions for Covid -19 lifting so we can get back in regularly!
