Had to collect my Suzuki Swift after being repaired from a previous accident.nCar was washed and presented nicely.
They did a great job on our car for our insurance claim. Mark kept us informed of the progress of our car. There is one discrepancy, if you left a message at the desk with the receptionists they never got back to you, which I thought was bad business practise and very frustrating. However Mark was wonderful and made it his business to keep us informed at all times even texting us more details of questions we were asking that the receptionists never did. Mark went above and beyond to make this process very comfortable as we got extra work done on the car while we were there. The car turned out perfect in the end. Thanks Mark for showing such a patient personal interest, without you we don't know what we would of done. Thanks Motor One. Please train your receptionists to answer the phone and get back to people.
Directed by AAMI to take my Hilux to Motor One for a minor rear end repair. Repairs were adequately done however the car was returned with over spray on the tow bar and polish compound all over the rear. These issues were rectified at pickup.nnIt was only when I got home and went to use the tray that I saw the absolutely putrid state it had been left in. There is sticky residue, rust stains, metal fragments and other debris all through the tray almost as if it was used as the workshop dumping point. There are also boot prints on the inside of the tonneau cover.nnMotor One you have my contact details.
The team at MotorOne Brendale made a rather embarrassing situation for me smooth and judgement free after I accidentally reversed into one of those little yellow poles in a car park.nnThey fixed my car so much quicker than I expected, very reasonably priced and kept me in the loop the whole time. My car looks like new again.nnI am very greatful and could not recommend them enough. Thanks again guys.
I would encourage everyone to check and take photos of your interior before leaving your car with them, on collection my whole interior was covered in paint dust and the car was filthy, the car was dropped off to them just after a detail of the inside with only external repairs to the rear bumper and quarter panel to be fixed. On collection it had black fingerprints all over the white roof lining, all the seats and the entire interior covered with paint dust, I mean it’s in every crevasse and it’s so sticky, carpets filthy, someone spilt a sticky drink over the gear stick and centre console. The response I got from them was oh well we don’t detail the inside of the car and I needed evidence that the car came in clean, which I can provide 3 adult witnesses to say the car was not left with them in this condition. I pointed out brand new mats with the tags still attached that are covered in paint dust and dirt, when I showed the manager this I just got the same response “that we don’t get paid by the insurance companies to detail the inside of the car”. My stepson is a really bad asthmatic and even I can’t breathe without having constant coughing fits from the amount of dust that they left in the car. So although you get the outside repaired you definitely come out with the inside much worse. The outside was fixed nicely.
