Although its just a neighbourhood pub it's a great place to hand out with your pals and hit a few drinks and the best part is that it's never overcrowded. You would love this place especially if you like happy hours because MothersMilk has the best one in town when it comes to quality cocktails for cheap. A definite must-go for anyone looking for a good time.
Absolutely love Mothers. Right down the street from my house so I pop in for a drink pretty often. Everybody knows everybody, it's super chill, cheap happy hour drinks 4-7pm, if it's busy enough they open up the rooftop, and it's not too noisy. I think the bad review must be about another place because Mothers doesn't have security and definitely never has a line it's pretty much a neighbourhood pub, you do NOT have to line up to get in!.
Wow. Wasn't expecting that. I've walked past this place so many times and would never have gone in of my own accord as it looked like a bit of a bikie joint. Wrong I was. I was taken in there on the way home from another place, and certainly wish we'd ended up there sooner. The seating and design is fantastic. Bankers lamps, leather seating and dim lighting makes it cosy and enjoyable. The audio has been set up perfectly, which seems rare for a bar on chaps. It's bangin' loud, though you can still talk to your friends without screaming at them. None of that ear-piercing treble ringing! Cocktail table just tops it off.
Not one for the south side, myself, but this place was pretty good. Good atmosphere, quality beer list and friendly and accommodating staff. The cocktails were a bit mediocre, but you can't have everything.
Beautiful decor and great staff. The atmosphere was warm and cozy - a great place to go with friends when you just want to relax.
Nice bar but another place that takes the mick with a $1 charge every time you use your card, did I order a 2nd round, nope I don't like getting ripped off

Small dive type but it aint! Great drinks, excellent value, good friendly service. It rocks.
Good service. Prices a little too high, but I would recommend closing the door during winter. It was freezing.
