Very comfortable clean room with all the little extras in the kitchenette & bathroom, even had a complimentary sewing kit  dog friendly rooms with a large grass area that any pooch would enjoy after travelling. complimentary voucher for a half price meal at a local tavern was much appreciated. Great night sleep in a super comfortable bed

Out of all the motels and hotels I've stayed at, the Carnarvon has been among the most pleasant experiences I've had. The rooms were spotless clean. It's in a quiet location, the staff have been more helpful than any hotel staff I've ever encountered at a lodging.  I'm impressed and would recommend staying here. The rooms are slightly small but they arranged the furniture to make them very functional.  I managed to hook my laptop into the TV which was super useful.

Spotlessly clean! We were upgraded on arrival to the spacious 2 bedroom apartment. We have stayed in a few motels in Roma and this motel was the cleanest and roomiest. The person managing the desk was very polite. Will stay here again.Rooms: 5/5

Booked here as Roma was full! Room was OK and warm on a cold night. Accommodation was clean but very tired. Fine for a night.  Walkability: A bit too far to walk to the town centre on a cold night.

Really great motel. Quite a surprise as our room was huge. Very friendly service at check and and this is the cleanest motel/hotel room I've ever stayed in. Whoever is doing the cleaning has a very high standard and the place is sparkling. The same goes for the gardens and lawn, also clearly cared for with love and to a very high standard - very very well maintained, and this adds to the appeal of the motel.  Will definitely stay here again.

I loved this motel from check in to check out. On check in, the service was friendly and personable. The pet friendly room we have a dog was well presented, quiet, and spacious. There was free water and milk in the fridge, as well as clean, chilled glasses. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and will recommend to everyone we know coming to Roma!

Great little motel, meticulously cleaned both in and out of the rooms,  and EXTREMELY well presented in all areas. Had no issues accommodating pup and myself. Hands down best pet friendly accommodating I've had. Lovely couple run the place too, highly recommended this place. The bbq area is 10/10 :-Rooms: 5/5
