Small, but cute. A typical range of stalls - some fresh produce, some baked goods, gifts and specialty homewares, aimed more for tourists, I imagine. The church next door is beautiful, and there was a sausage sizzle when we went. Easy parking.
Small but wonderful market. Lots of interesting tropical fruits year round. Seriously great coffee in a little coffee cart. Delicious Vietnamese food - I had the green pawpaw salad which was delicious. Also Nico’s bread is delightful.
Open every Saturday from 7am to 1pm. Located in the centre of town. Nearby street parking. Many stalls. Local produce, fruit and veges, plants and various second hand goods. Coffee van. Sausage sizzle. Worth a quick look but nothing special.
What a lovely little gem of a markets. We are staying in Port Douglas so it was nothing to take the 15 min drive up the highway to visit the Mossman Markets. Started with an absolutely delicious coffee from the local coffee van. And found some unique and beautiful products all hand made from locals. The location was stunning under the ancient raintrees. And all the stalls were friendly. Very laid back, inviting atmosphere, we bought some local produce and a few products to take home with us including an very unique avocado seed an Citronella gemstone necklace! If your in the neighbourhood, it is a must to visit these markets.
Nice little market , friendly atmosphere and not a lot of junk ..... I enjoyed it, met some nice people.
