Story

Mosman Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Centre is the longest standing physiotherapy practice in Mosman, established in its convenient central location for over 30 years. Current owners and practice principals, Steve & Susanna Davey took over in 2008, and after a complete renovation, have grown the practice into a diverse specialists centre of experts in varying clinical fields.

We are proud to provide expert clinical examination, assessment and diagnoses in specialist areas of sports injuries, musculoskeletal physiotherapy, paediatrics, hand therapy, clinical pilates and pre/post natal care.

The physiotherapist was not bad. But this center and its management has absolutely no regards for their patients and don't know the basics about customer service. My wife was in immense pain when she went to this center late Saturday afternoon. They were more eager for her to fill in her details on to a form, which she did in a hurry, instead of attending to her pain and discomfort. 

Before the treatment could finish they wanted to book in another visit. On Monday late afternoon when she called in to cancel (they were closed Sunday) they said that she needs to pay cancellation amount because she didn't cancel 48 hours before !!!! On explaining that they were closed on Sunday and why they didn't inform us of the cancellation charges at the time of booking, their rude caller pointed us to the fine print of the form which was signed in pain and gave us a lecture on legality of the document. We would have been happy to book a rescheduled appointment but after this experience decided against it. 

Its unethical and profit minded to get some to sign in duress/pain, eager to  book in appointment and then hassle your patients/customers. Extremely poor look! Avoid this place - many other physio places in Mosman.

I have been attending this studio for the last 2 years they are excellent with immediate results I can't do without them as often I have to use them

These guys really know their stuff. I trust their opinions more than my own doctor! They love a good chat but more importantly they like to see you recover and by doing an awesome job you usually recover with flying colours.

I had knee surgery - Chondroplasty and Menisectomy - and Steve knew expertly the best way to guide me to full recuperation.  He is extremely knowledgeable in diagnosis and treatment, motivating for all the exercises I had to do and always personalized his treatment to me and my unique needs.  I wouldn't hesitate in recommending him to anyone at all.  Kara
