We loved this spot!! Shared 3 pastas, all were amazing and the staff were super lovely. The Tiramisu was divine.
Came here based on rave reviews from friends. I work in hospitality in Melbourne and did not think I would experience anything extra special from a small beach town restaurant. But I was so impressed! The food was amazing, the service was friendly and the wine list was impressive. Could not fault a thing. The octopus and rabbit pasta were highlights for me. This venue feels truely authentic, something you would find in the back streets of Rome. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
What an experience for the taste buds and the soul! Felt like we steeped into an authentic Italian Pasta bar hidden on the Surf Coast! We took ourselves on a food journey starting with 'Mozzarella in Carozza' for the best cheesy stretch you can only imagine! The pasta choices are incredible and we sat back and let the staff decide for us with matching wines, we felt spoilt and oh so satisfied!nWe dined with our family and the kids were equally as impressed with the friendliest service and extensive menu plus we shopped in the deli before departing. We left with a Mortadeli tote full of ingredients inspired by our lunch!nAbsolutely recommend!
We grabbed a couple of sandwiches and coffees for our trip back to the city. This little gem makes you want to come and live here! The service is genuine and friendly. The coffee the baseline barometer for a venues quality is on point. And there's an excellent selection of sandwiches to suit all tastes. It looked like a local favourite and for good reason. Can't wait to come back here!
