The guy who works here on weekends is an absolute gem. Apart from that, it's a rubbish dump. It smells, there's lots of gross stuff, broken things etc. They have to go somewhere, right? There are recycling facilities for a range of plastic, steel, aluminum, paper, and various shades of glass. They accept green waste, with a few exceptions yuccas! and have a separate dumping waste stream. Recycling is free, greenwaste is cheap, rubbish not so much. They have a weighbridge, which is useful if you need to know how much your car or trailer weighs.

Very clean and tidy, helpful staff good service

It’s a good tip site, clean and efficient. However, on my three. Trips there I have had to go hunt up staff, to pay, who have been about as surly as they could get.  My “good morning”has been met with a silent scowl.    Request for help to make sure I used the right area, got me a single word grunt.  I really, really, would rather drive 39k to Hamilton.

Well organized but very pricey.

Amazing weekend team so polite and they keep the place so incredibly tidy.  They make what could be an unpleasant experience very pleasant.
