This happened some time ago - so maybe their service has improved. My unit fell off the wall 14 months or so after installation, and was just hanging by electrical and gas connections. Took them 2 days to attend and after re-securing the unit to the wall they tried to charge me as their workmanship guarantee was only for 12 months. (The unit was originally installed using plastic plugs).

Very easy to deal with. Fast and efficient. We only needed a service and clean out of our old air conditioner but I'm sure it's added life to it.
