This is a business not a place that cares. Had a short experience working locally when one of the apprentices badly cut his finger. Worried for him we raced to the local doctors. Upon arrival the lady took one look at us and said we are fully booked. Could not have cared one bit for the young bloke standing next to me with his hand wrapped up and bloody.

I'm in the process of moving my family to a better doctors surgery. Four years ago this place was average to okay, there was a female doctor too. Now there is no female doctor and the advice given is usually corrected by the pharmacist. They told my son he had scabies when he actually had an allergic reaction to tree sap on one wrist for example. We joined here because it was bulk billing but it isn't any more and you're better off paying a few dollars more for better service and competence.
