I've been seeing Dr Shankey for about 5 years now. Very thorough and has always gone over and above. On one occasion called me with results and ensured further tests and specialist referral got urgent priority, spending half an hour ensuring everything was coordinated. I'm very fortunate I found such a caring and exceptional doctor so close to home. Nurses and reception staff have also been wonderful.

Reception staff are always friendly and efficient, Doctors are all excellent and very thorough. They seem to genuinely care for their patients at this clinic. If you can’t get into the Dr of your choice you can be assured whoever you go to will be very good . I have not had a disappointing experience at this clinic

Dr O'Neil is kind, professional and thorough, the practice nurses caring, engaging and efficient. Have already recommended the clinic to family looking for a local GP.

This is a great Practice. I've been going to this Practice for 14 years, seeing the same Dr all that time and I have complex chronic health needs. I especially appreciate that the Practice has a Nurses' room where they can do minor procedures if needed. Everyone at the practice is helpful, friendly and professional. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my ongoing health care management.

Dr O'Neill is thorough, personable and takes the time to solve problems. The reception staff are lovely we had three different ladies over 2 appointments and parking was easy! Dr O'Neill was just so good with my two children.

We’ve been coming to this practice for more than 10 years - our family doctor Dr Nic Butcher is highly experienced, genuinely seeks to understand health issues, problem solves objectively and logically, always spends the time to relay information with patience and empathy and is great with the kids. I’ve found multiple doctors at this service who are very professional and also highly experienced! Supported by a great office team.

I've been seeing Dr Vicky Featherstone at this clinic for many years now and her service has always been exemplary. She is incredibly knowledgeable and equally as important, researches anything she is not an expert on or refers you on to someone who specializes in the field rather than taking chances. I couldn't recommend her more highly.

This is such a great practice, my whole family goes here and between us we've seen just about all the doctors and they're consistently great. We especially love Dr Shankey, but the whole team is professional and caring.

MGPC and their sister practice in Belmont are highly professional practices with caring and compassionate staff. I’ve been a patient for over 15 years. My family now attends this practice as well. Like every practice, they are busy and don’t always bulk bill, but they’re available extended hours, with easy parking, disabled access and really competent, caring doctors.

The Doctors are great, but the admin staff have the attitude akin to the wait staff at Karen's Diner. I was charged $1 for a disposable face mask which is fine. But I had to pay on card there and then, before seeing the Dr. Adding the $1 at the end of the consult when you have to pay for everything would make more sense. The admin person placed the mask on top of the eftpos machine, which is surely the most frequented touch point on the desk. I said 'I'm not sure how hygienic this mask will be given you put it on the eftpos machine'. I got a very sassy 'it was upside down' in response....
