I pop in there regularly, most of the time the green veggies are rotten, not even good for animals, please, do something about it, thank you!!!! MORLEY FRESH FAR FROM FRESH!
I’ve had no problems with this place until today. I was waiting in line to pay for my goods and when it was my turn, the girl behind the register just got up and left and didn’t even serve me. She knew I was waiting as she gave me eye contact. One of the other workers on the other register called her to go do something and when I confronted the other girl and told her what happened, she basically lied to my face. Such bad customer service.
They have large range of fruits and veges but many of them are old and not worthy of keeping on the shelves. Get rid of them please. Stop selling old fruits and veges.

Best prices I've seen in Perth. Long opening hours so can duck in after night shift or at the end of a day. Great place!
Ugly customer service. As if i am stealing from them not buying. Everytime i go it become worst. Veg not the best.. Why i go because sometimes its on my way. From now on i drive extra for a good customer service.

Just bought a packet of pasta from this shop and it contained little insects inside that are still alive
Always do my vegetables shopping here first time the checkout girl is so rude. All I requested is to change the dollar coin for a not damaged one that she gave me. She did exchange but answer back that it is still money. I know but some machines and retailers do not accept such coins which is damaged.
Second time I've brought blueberries home, refrigerated them and had them become mouldy the next morning. Rang to tell them and the lady was so flippant. Obviously didn't care and offered no apology. Said to bring them back with my receipt to exchange or get $ back but I live in Ballajura - may not be back to Galleria for another few weeks. So I asked her to take down my details. She actually said, "It's not my fault. It's the grower's." That may be the case, but you do need basic customer service when a customer rings with a complaint! Or it could be how long you took to put them back into a cold temp, or storage reasons. I had told her my kids had eaten out of the punnet this morning! Whole attitude is lax. 2 weeks ago I watched the male manager casually counting money on one closed till whilst there were massive queues at other 2 tills right before closing time. Why he couldn't serve ppl and count his cash 15 mins later was beyond me! Last night a teenager boy continued to talk to the girl who was serving me despite my presence ! and again big lines. Disappointing service to say the least
