The process behind settlement for any property can be an absolute nightmare; but the team at Moreland Conveyancing ensured our settlement was to go ahead as scheduled. Mate just because you have had dealings a certain way doesn't necessarily refute my claims. I am happy to open to scrutiny all the accusations made by me below. Cathy and Tom did charge me 150 $ extra on the last day for a FHOG related service that all most mortgage brokers provided free of charge. I am happy to provide the proof to anyone interested in the facts including your good self Carl, write to me on haribombay at gmail dot com and I can send you all the details. Wow, "If I didn't know better I'd say the post was from a lunatic competitor looking to discredit one of the pioneers of the industry " Oh My , so much anger Carl ! Cool down will you. Seriously such a strong worded response makes me think if you have an underhanded commission relationship with them. I am definitely not a competitor but you do seem to have a vested interest with them, being in the Mortgage industry. As a wise man said sometime the weaker the argument the stronger the words. Either way I don't care and I am not going to use Moreland or the now retitled (New Property Conveyancing Services) ever again and Tom and Kathy , Also Remember the 150 $ that you screwed me off will cost you a lot more in lost business!! ------------------- Original post Moreland conveyancing Charged me for services which are provided for free by everyone else, Your mortgage broker will do your home owners grant , your concessions etc for free where as these people charge an extra 150 odd dollars for every such service. Very discourteous when I went to speak to them to discuss this and at the last day of the settlement they held me to ransom, I had to fork out all the additional fees! Will never go to them again and do not recommend to any one else!

Hi, I came upon these reviews when I was trying to Google the address of Moreland Conveyancing to give to someone. I think everyone's experience is individual, but I have to tell you I have used Moreland Conveyancing 3 times before and am currently using them for this new purchase. There may have been a hiccup here and there, but that can happen anywhere, it is more about how a business handles itself even when an issue arises. I can honestly say I have been very happy with the service I have received from Tom and Kirstie and am now recommending them to a second person. My previous Conveyancer messed up settlement twice and it had to be postponed. I am sticking with Moreland Convey. Thanks
