Really friendly and helpful. They allow you time to look around and find what you want without trying to pressure you but at the same time are there if you need them. Great store which had everything we needed.
Great service. Super friendly staff and the store has a wonderful relaxed style about it. Bright and beautiful layout. Troy was so helpful and sold me my kids first surfboard for under the Christmas tree, which was an amazingly happy experience to treasure as a memory!

Went in yesterday with my 2 boys, one with additional needs. The staff were amazing, talking and listening to him while i was ablw to shop and try on a few things. Thank you so much.
The best surf shop in the south east the thing that sets them apart is they show great customer service and have plenty of stock their range of Rip Curl wetsuits is as good as you would find anywhere even in Torquay!

Went there to buy a wet suit the young people working there were to busy talking to each other I couldn’t get any help Evan when I asked so didn’t buy one won’t go there again
tried to call many times over several days with no answer. is the shop closed down?
